You need to subpoena the DTC to get the numbers so that means lawyers I find it interesting that the market is so look the other way that the SEC and FINRA seem to make it their duty to look the other way. Market transparency and regulations are meant to be broken for profits and retail gets nothing when fines are paid. It is completely unacceptable with all the information out there to dismiss the idea and concept that market fraud is not a very large part of how the stock market operates.

As for DBMM it is also note worthy that with all the opinions of it being a POS and a scam that CDEL with 58 known counts of market fraud seems to be on my L2 every day making a market here. With their track record my deduction of the possibility that they are committing fraud is higher than its a "myth" opinions.
