WMILT was cancelled in 2021 but continued winding up in 2022.Usually DST's cancel after completion of the winding up, but WMILT cancelled its certificate but continued winding up in 2022 only that happens as per Title 12 Delware law in situations like consolidations or mergers.IMO.
