Well the English version of the 2021 ESG is out. No translation needed. Authored by LCY with their description of what has transpired. 2019 “Acquisition of BioAmber”. Can’t blame google translate anymore. Time to roll.

Instead of posting straight garbage Why not post up the tender offer from LCY that would have been given to the shareholders of Formerly Known As BioAmber back in 2018/2019?
We all know LCY through LCYB acquired the Sarnia plant as well as all of the assets. All one has to do is read the monitors reports, court docs and the final 8k to realize that.
Put up how much the shares sold for, when they will get around to paying shareholders. Put up who is on the BOD and why they haven’t filed any financials at all for this public company.
There is no NDA or CA that has or will ever hide the sale of a public company and dam sure not hide it from the shareholders who own the shares lol.
