Quite crystal clear? It’s clear as mud.
Let me get this straight Formerly Known as BioAmber a public company was bought by LCY in secret going on 5 years ago? How is that possible? How much did they offer for the shares? There would have to be an offer given to the shareholders for a vote. How is LCY able to hide that? How much did they pay for everything?
No CA or NDA would hide the sale of the shares for a minute let alone for almost 5 years from the owners of the shares LOL!!
Upfront was a hard lesson learned already for former BioAmber shareholders as the tiny $4.34 mil sale for all of the assets didn’t pay off even one creditor

Come on doesn’t anyone have actual evidence of the buyout? How is that even possible.
