Perfect assessment of RR/CJS...he was another one that was nice at one time...and you could always tell when his back hurt because he got snippy with everyone.
The one thing I find they all have in common is the deep-seated (no pun intended) homophobia. When things were going fine and everyone was making money everyone got along and gays were just as good as everyone else. But when Q went sour...the gay bashing comments started...subtle at first but then blatant as could be.
