Multiple doctors on multiple occasions have confirmed the crossover was FDA mandated. I agree with your characterization of this other individual as "foolish".

The discussion on that would have been between the FDA and NWBO. And LP says the crossover was implemented to get patients to enroll.

Regardless of that, nobody required NWBO to reuse an old P2 design for the P3.
