I trade on the Fidelity desktop version. I have not seen the MOC orders anywhere. Here is a screenshot of what they do have. They have something called Active Trader Pro which I will set up now that I have my new laptop. Not sure what they have in it, but I have found Fidelity to not be much of a "Trader" broker. Getting a correct answer about trading questions usually takes me 3 more more calls to get to a senior person. Their customer service (first couple of entry level people) just aren't trained to answer these questions and often say incorrect information. They are great for everything else, but this has been a thorn for me.
If / When you load up TOS, D and I can get you going with some config loads pretty easy, Pretty certain they will furnish a download invite, that said you can download TOS anytime prior.
