Could be st3 or insiders with shares likely added at the time of offering… probably in lieu of cash payment etc. Just a guess.

Nevertheless less, still at 1.72 billion OS. About 800 milly more since last fall. If it goes above 1.8, the AS will have to rise. Let’s hope it stays put. At least until the fireworks start ;).
