It's a report. How can filing late or being late on anything be positive and strategic? If that's the case, I'd file post R/S to ensure my company doesn't revert back to the gutter. Filing today or next week doesn't really matter it won't change the content of the report. Again I'm confused?? The fact he stated it would be on time and it's not does matter imo
