Just my opinion, but it's obvious that the filing delay is strategic in nature. Afterall we are talking about RNVA currently priced at .0001. Think about it, if it were to be a derogatory filing there would be no need for a late filing, after all it's not like there would be a sell-off. Given all the events that are unfolding in our financial system these days I believe it's all about timing. I take this as an opportunity to padding your position.
