So COOP plainly denying that it is the subsidiary of another entity in official SEC filed documents over several years would not meet the definition of “lying“, if you‘re right?
It still does not change the fact that XXXX is still not making any distributions…..it is not for you to tell….like I said once it is said the accredited investor will see a change…..the question is has the accredited investor confirmed you are right in knowing who XXXX is….or just give you another riddle….
