Yes, they succeeded where others did not try. A pitifully small number of companies even attempted to fight revocation. That is very different from succeeding where others fail. They would need to try in order to fail. The assumption that uplist is occurring is much easier to determine. Until they meet requirements for uplist, it isn't going to occur. They no longer meet requirements. Once they do again, the conversation can continue. Until that happens, there are zero chances of uplist.
