When the majority of $AMC shareholders vote YES to all proposals, that about says it all. AA could do what he did due to corporate bylaws written in since 2013. This suit has no standing.

Many other stocks are also being held in check due to shorting. I guess J P Morgan should not have bailed those hedge funds out. Should have saved their money for themselves.
