Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the lawsuit is nothing more than a delay tactic because there is NOTHING "they" can do to stop the inevitable. Absolutely nothing "they" can do.

When the majority of $AMC shareholders vote YES to all proposals, that about says it all.
AA could do what he did due to corporate bylaws written in since 2013. This suit has no standing.

It's about to get real when this suit is put into the garbage. "They" know it.

Many other stocks are also being held in check due to shorting. I guess J P Morgan should not have bailed those hedge funds out. Should have saved their money for themselves.
