I agree,. Rather if after April tenth voted they can inform about the RS, or if there is a merger or if there naked short fight if founded to pursue with a law suit and how much. Or possibly a dividend of preferred stock to be issued out for shareholders of record in Feb,or possibly to avoid going under ten cents as that speeds up the time factor on shortening their stay on Nasdaz.
With all these things going on and how little they made on market it looks a bit desperate to a majority of long term holders. Remember the 500k shares wanting to be sold before yesterday's close. All of us have been tapped out of funds and are saving our coin for family emergencies as we no longer have coins else where. Strategically, there are many options.
On the positive we could hear of a merger, we could hear that by putting a monthly fee to sellers would bring in more revenue slowly, plus having sales go online shopping in a mall would be more fun. Especially with pre paid events that folks could replay and buy from
I am only stating some options. If employees no longer with verb are selling. Such as A McKinney, etc. I hope they are jailed like Martha Stewart was. As they certainly would be aware of any negative leaks and if their shares are being sold they should be jailed and sentenced. So not just the naked shorts that illegally trade but informed employees that used to work for verb.
Will be interesting to see what all surfaces after next week and mid week the week after. Remember first quarter is due out May 15 or there abouts. Lots of tinkering is going on and how fruitful that is remains to be seen. Just that so many big sellers are out and about does not make anyone happy. Any indication that it is past employees or institutions could be alarming. I would not be amazed to hear that Rorys phone is bugged or that his Paramore ,pals, that are pals and close to him hear him talk about his situation. Especially since his had hired such a crew of people to search for findings that are crippling the share price. Yes, most of us are dreading future forecasts as none so far have planned out in a good way. Rory with all his smoke and mirrors words is as transparent as reptile that is cornered. As to will we have to wait til April 10th voted or will the preferred stock slide votes into the slots he chooses is the big question. Others on boards are not looking at all the sequences that could appear after release of year end
