Calasse will lose both cases, the SC appeal and the civil suit against him filed by Worldwide NFT.

That bad advice he received should be paid out of pocket by a patent lawyer and his buddy. I'd expect no less once these two cases are resolved for current $WNFT shareholders.

I was referring to the previous comment that he got bad advice or wasn't even involved in the lawsuit. I don't know whether any of that is true, but it sure sounds like distracting from the main issues.


From my perspective, the facts are plain and simple. Shares were validly issued in 2010 and he bought them in 2013. Whatever he did or failed to do as CEO is inconsequential, he owned shares and they cannot be canceled.

I don't think he got greedy and came back; he responded as soon as he heard his shares were being canceled. I would too. Anyone blaming him for the delay is completely ignoring the fact that Sharp could have chosen to not cancel the shares and there would have been no delay.
