From my perspective, the facts are plain and simple. Shares were validly issued in 2010 and he bought them in 2013. Whatever he did or failed to do as CEO is inconsequential, he owned shares and they cannot be canceled.
I don't think he got greedy and came back; he responded as soon as he heard his shares were being canceled. I would too. Anyone blaming him for the delay is completely ignoring the fact that Sharp could have chosen to not cancel the shares and there would have been no delay.
