Not everything I have read paints RS as a bad thing. If you are using RS to move to a higher board it is a good thing. You wind up getting quality investors instead of vultures. lol JMO

RS is overwhelmingly a bad thing. The only positive would be if, as theorized, they use it to uplist to another board. Possibly OTCQB? But they will need assets/revenue as well.

I see this as a potential buying opportunity after the RS becomes effective, since stock price normally drops after the RS.
