I think Calasse got some bad advice from someone that doesnt like sharp. It's all a waste of time and calasse is just a dumb pawn. Thats if it is calasse even participating in the law suit or someone is just using his name and likeness. You never know....

Yes, you can cancel them. Sharp did and there is nothing stopping that cancelation except wishful thinking, Google U. cherry-picking opinion and speculation. Odds are not in favor of the NVSC overruling the lower court. The NVSC has the final say, not Google.
If I abandoned my company and someone else came in cleaned it up gave it value back then yes I would absolutely choose to not screw over hundreds of investors for my own selfish greed. He didn’t earn the value of those shares.
