I would agree with you. Thats what this all comes down to. He has to be gullible and was led astray by someone that just doesn't like Sharp and just can't get over it. He was in hiding for almost a decade and pulled out of it by some loser. I'm sure in due time they'll get theirs one way or another. Infatuation often leads to a disaster.

I just know what I've seen since researching Nevada laws and precedent. And based on that, I think he has a strong case.
