Imo, only reason behind a RS at this point is to use it to meet the requirements of an uplist. Its pretty obvious we are about to go pink current. As I noted earlier, they have not been using shares to dilute shareholders, and most of AS is accounted for. Those restricted shares were used to buy PBI, which, imo, is where all the assets will come into play. Doesn't make sense to do a RS with no assets, but it does make sense to do one when assets are brought in and you need the SS to support those assets and prove share value moving forward. They have said from the beginning that they were going to get to a big board, well...this is how they will do that. I personally don't think RS will happen until after assets get reported in a 10-Q. We have to be current and meet all the requirements of a RS before Finra will approve...so there is time still, but EGOC is making headway big-time on its promises.
