Jin's hands-on knowledge of what it takes to get drugs approved

Certainly a beneficial skill set, but Anavex (the Company) seems to be hiring
those "Marshalls" while, some would make the case, still lacking the appropriate
"General" to guide a spec bio through the growing pains.

Could actually make the case that Missling's MBA IS his best certification at this
point in the evolution of this company. I do give him props for shutting down McFarlane
a few years ago when he was speaking out of turn in Australia.
I doubt Jin would be proficient in either area given his background.

You know what they say about promotion to a level of incompetence....
Perhaps CFO is the preferred position for Missling?
