if you believe that WMIH owes you money under some financial contract that they agreed to when you signed your releases, then, after 11 years they have failed to honor their contract to pay you, then they are in breach of contract...as you stated, you have experience in contracts involving the purchase of millions of dollars in assets...so, then, if WMI has failed to perform under this contract, that you say is in force, then you must sue them, and take them to court.... so far, no one has taken WMIH to court for "failing to perform"....Lodas
