You do realize that WMIH only exists as the reorganized WMI that exited Bankruptcy pursuant to the terms and conditions of Plan 7.
That is the Court approved Plan that gave Equity a seat at the table and the Absolute Priority Rule was voided so that the former Common Stock aka UQs would receive something.

First it was 70/30 but then changed to 75/25.
WMIH was created and is bound by the terms and conditions of Plan 7.

All the stock Prospectuses were cancelled.
All the stock Prospectuses were cancelled.

Repeat this mantra as often as necessary until the full meaning sinks in.

Yep. I read it to the "end" and attached a few insightful snipets on Chad Smith as well as the direct or indirect parent Co of WMIH (Wand) Xxxx? I'm not in the know to decifer anything further from the document you provided. But Wmih is still around for all intents and purposes. Thanks AZ
