I have no idea over there. In France it seems to be a government retirement and the set age is 62 which is now 64.
I did wait till 69 1/2 and picked up the extra 8% every year before I started collecting SS. But I also backdated by SS that year and picked up an additional $20K as a lump sum payment giving up a reduced $17 a month. The math wasn't that complicated.
My wife is younger which is why I worked longer and now she can retire next January at 66 for full benefits.
I had a sharp SS advisor who gave me the options. I also delayed signing up for Medicare until I retired since I was on her healthcare plan through her employer.
