Thats not the case here, The debtor was in CH 11 thru Jan 2020 and ARLTA was signed between parties and CS and DL took control of the estates and cancelled the Trust.No one knows whether assets were sold or consolidated into another one or more entities.Creditors were satisfied before closing chapter 11.
