Question for the Board:

Akers raises some disturbing questions about the gaps and inaccuracies in this report. And, most puzzling, nothing is mentioned in this Annual about the Defense sizable contracts for drones in the Ukraine. These CYBL guys have been working on this for 4 months now and supposedly were hired because of their lengthy experience and expertise in having worked directly with the OTC.

I don't have a financial or accounting background, so it would be very helpful to hear from those who do. Akers concludes that this Annual Report may have to be filed again to deal with the corrections..

Even though I agreed with most of his conclusions I found Sam Aker's criticism of the grammar in CYBL's report a bit comical in view of the following sentence which he authored:

'They do not disclosure the return to treasury in the “Issuance History” table...'

Does anyone else see a smidge of the Pot & Kettle syndrome operating here?!?
