And how will that differ from MtheMovement?

The answer is that it won't. MtheMovement makes expensive "novelty" items for an "extremely small market".

From Goldwin's Website:

Denim Jacket

Regular price-$1,000.00

Denim Trousers

Regular price-$950.00

Additionally, they had a 15% off code to use.

The price is what it is, as it catered to a specific audience; one of the reasons they sold out so quickly.

I read in a post that it was just under $2,000 for people who want this novelty. Hardly mass appeal considering the cost. And once the novelty wears off what will that do to an extremely small market. Sure there are people who have money to burn...

===============

KBLB can't even be considered a NOVELTY, for they have only produced PR's; no prototypes or items for sale to the public.

More like a fantasy.

just how long will that be before the novelty wears off.

===============

They have hopes and dreams; just like everybody else.

If the technology can't be largely commercially mass-produced, in a quality-consistent, cost-effective manner, "all the king's horses and all the kings men" could come to the forefront; with no effect whatsoever to KBLB's profit margin.

The group of people directing KBLB and the contractors have a different view of the possiblities, different potential markets and actual silk products, proteins, by products, etc. How novel.

As we’ve seen with the aggressive infrastructure Kraig is building. It shows their vision for global impact in…everything

KBLB…. Nothing novelty about it.

KBLB is targeting the exact same market: luxury streetwear. Think ‘insanely-priced everyday clothes produced in very limited quantities.’

MtM is selling high top sneakers for $2,200 a pair. See? Insanely priced, everyday, limited quantities.

How successful will KBLB be? Who knows. The first step: produce enough silk to make products with.

I’m guessing the product launch got screwed up because the reeler had trouble blending DS with cotton. This worked fine with silkworm silk, but something happened that ruined their first batch. Just like the first batch of silkworms for the Army failed.
