If he had gotten the Cert. 2-3 months BEFORE the deadline to have a ELD installed in all trucks, that might have happened.
But now, since most, if not all, folks have purchased and installed someone else's ELD, how is that justified?
Now he just has to hope that someone buys a truck that didn't have one previously, or someone becomes dissatisfied with their original purchase.
Then you have to wonder, when those folks go to buy one, are they going to ask around to see what others are using. And since nobody to date has purchased a Ultack ELD, who is there to recommend this product?
Doesn't sound like a 2-3 cent stock for years to come.
