Used as an adjacent therapy for severe Hypertriglyceridemia (TG levels > 500mg/dL) and to reduce the cardiovascular events in certain patient with elevated triglycerides.
But I don't think you can sue an encapsulator over this, you'd need to sue the end seller (Hickma, DRL, etc.) for patent infringement if they used similar language, which they don't.
