My guess :
After the first approval ( or BLA submission) and for sure after an revenue stream ( compassionate use ?).
My thoughts : within 6 months.

Good luck tryn2.

Don't forget there are a lot of bad people with a lot of money trying to find ways to delay approval. Maggots just want to keep being maggots.
For a while I was worried that they would be able to snuff NWBO out. I believe we have a revenue stream with compassionate use that will keep the lights on. Now its a matter of when stakeholders see our reward, not if.

tryn2,

It’s all about the time frame. Once a time frame is established for approval(s) by submissions, interest will pick up significantly and in some cases this can happen suddenly with bigger investors that can work around the limitations that many institutions have in place which prevent them from taking equity stakes in NWBO now.
Some are suggesting that we will have MAA/BLA applications fully submitted in April. That may not spike the price to $2.54 immediately but I would not be surprised to see that very quickly and well beyond because someone big will pull the trigger which will get lots of day traders and momentum traders to jump in trying to buy shares that will still be mostly tightly held until Linda is ready to make a move or a hyper drive of momentum hits to spike prices past average realistic potential PLATFORM buyout value. If nothing derived from massive initial retail interest occurs then some analysts will be paid to promote the future value of the platform by those taking any significant stake and it’s off to the races, just a little more slowly. I can only imagine what could happen if a majority of the 10,000,000 Apes out there join the buying at a critical time believing that they can flush out any naked shorts; ).
Partnerships may seem like a possibility but they likely won’t happen as soon as I thought originally might happen because the sooner NWBO advances the more likely many big names could or will decline if access to L becomes limited by exclusivity.
None of the big pharmas wants to admit being outmaneuvered by Linda Powers or play second fiddle to a little biotech and that includes Merck who has shown obvious interest. The problem is they need DCVax more than DCVax needs them!; ). So no early partnership based on what THEY want it only goes down with what Linda wants so it seems they might be wanting to buy as much time as possible before the inevitable. Merck and NWBO could move forward nicely if Merck is ever able to admit that NWBO is really in the driver’s seat when it comes to future cancer treatment revenue. Very hard pill to swallow but the bottom line is that there will be funding from one source or another and there are those with experience and are well positioned to step up to the plate with NWBO for a global strategy rollout as Maverick1 has pointed out.
Big pharma should have understood with certainty by May 10th of last year that pride goes before the fall. This company has and will prevail against all odds and will use time as leverage because they will persevere add and succeed against all who would hold them back. True longs are backing Linda’s plan moving forward and NWBO will tell THEIR story and that will include what they know about all who have opposed them.
This little company is the impetus for cleaning house at big pharmas and Wall Street while changing the way business is done with health care where incentives are currently paid to hospitals and doctors for use/overuse of chemo/rad. Blessings and best wishes.
