Once upon a time focusing on the JA and TLD and not worrying about the SP was thought to be enough since once those two events (which were supposed to happen in tandem originally) happened the share price would take care of itself.
Now once again pursuing a lawsuit (which could drag out for years) and pursuing RA to the exclusion of any effort to help out shareholders now is thought to be okay because upon approval the share price will take care of itself.
Logically it should be as you said with the SP on approval but NWBO is pretty unique and not logical. Good events are not followed up by anything but months of radio silence and even with approval management might find another excuse (for reasons no one can fathom now but many will defend once it’s the company line) not to consistently communicate. One potential excuse could be the litigation with Citadel and others that they initiated just as the journal article they initiated was the excuse before.
We’ll just have to see if this time is (finally) different.
