Do you not think this will raise the share price and eventually lead to an uplist? You're asking a question but then saying we can't give the most obvious answer. Not sure what you are looking for here.

Informed by her actions over the past decade - no Linda Powers will focus on regulatory approval and the lawsuit and that focus will provide ample excuse for not caring about uplisting or the share price. Sadly, even when NWBO does not work like the USS Enterprise and dumping power from other systems does not make whatever system gets the power work better or faster. Instead fewer things get done but the wait on what they are ‘focusing on’ is plenty slow.

Getting regulatory approvals is job 1 at this time. The other necessary and beneficial actions such as uplisting and the law suit will also be carried out, but not at the expense of approvals. Btw, carrying out the special’s program in the UK is also a given.

All in my opinion of course.
