Check the JAMA article. Nice small demo there on the combination. Hard to know, but if it’s your life, and you did not have a choice, or if you had all choice, you might take whatever seemed possible to increase your chances if you could get coverage or afford it. Obviously my first choice would be the drug combinations. I wasn’t chatting up the TTF, just ensuring that patients have options if they want them.
If NVCR were smart, they’d ask for and fund a combination trial asap. Seems rather that they think it’s a zero sum game.
