The inventors flat out told me that Deirdre's agreement was created out of thin air. Said they would have to be stupid to sign something like that. Whatever they have received to date has been used to pay lawyers to fight it, so they must be convinced that it was forged. Hard to believe that wasn't communicated in the arb.
