Until when does NWBO have to respond to the MTDs?

May 4th if I remember right.

Then Defendants get to file a response which I believe is due 6-5. After that the judge rules. I'd say this one takes anywhere from 1-8 months. I give the 8 months based off of Harrington (the other spoofing case) taking 8 months for the judge to rule on the 1st MTD in that case. Keep in mind that Harrington had a lot more issues and NWBO has cleaned up those issues in our complaint. I'd hope for a ruling this summer or early fall. There will be a scheduling conference coming up that sets the discovery dates. We will get a better understanding of the timeline at that point. There won't be a trial setting until later.
