Paysign announces $5M stock buyback program

Paysign (NASDAQ:PAYS) on Tuesday announced a new buyback program of up to $5M of its outstanding stock.
This program will begin immediately and is expected to be completed over the next 36 months.
The program may be suspended, terminated or modified at any time.
Shares of the company, which ended 0.6% lower, rose 4.8% after the bell following its Q4 earnings report.
