They have quit a bit of common (was 350 mill)PLUS they have as well 10 mill prefr'd shares

That's BS, the repurchased shares became RETIRED as they said.

When they are retired they cannot use it anymore!

Yes there is a reason COOP is buying back shares, but IMO, its not for a higher PPS that JWW posts about DAILY.
