What? They are responding to another foot dragging motion by Sharp.

If it is a Class Action lawsuit they didn't spend any money - Sharp is spending shareholders money to defend himself.

But I have a feeling that this is just the beginning of Sharp's legal problems.

After all of his BS Pro Se' filings in San Diego - this is Karma - and Sharp will have to start selling horses.
