WMI (NEWCO) will not go near anything like being a bank, they almost lost it all in 08 and now with like you suggest the law change DUE TO WAMU do any really thUnk they would go anywhere near losing it all this time around? NO WAY

They will use COOP to service loans and they imho will provide the VENTURE CAP to lend with, and will as well imho be a venture cap lender to other co's as well
