FINRA may be waiting on Audited Financials from "old" GDVM and Veemost before registration. That is why 10-Q and subsequent 8-K's so important.
Back audit on GDVM should be easy because nothing happened for years as a dormant Shell. VeeMost is another story with contracts and other cash flows. Haynie & Co had to do a lot of digging.
FINRA should be very cautious because other SPACS they have to process coming from OTC Markets are flat out liars, IMO.
