Is what I’ve been saying forever here, auditing assets is what Finra really wants to see. But too many “know it alls” here have been retorting. auditing is expensive and takes a very long time.

Why is the spread so tight now?

I think we are also assuming they filed back in January when everyone thought the merger was complete, but the merger wasn’t complete until 2/21. So assuming they filed in February, we maybe have another month to give them the 2 month average time of approval
