Why does Halpern stay at MAXD?

He doesn't make money for MAXD.
He hasn't had one single solid deal in fourteen years.
He can't make money on his Formula 4 Protocol creation.
Nobody wants him at MAXD.
I don't think he's getting paid.
He can be working full time on HIS Mexican land deals.
Halpern could be free to work on his endless deals.


Why does Halpern squat at MAXD? The only thing that makes sense is his fear of a forensic accounting audit. Once again Google broke the corporate veil with Halpern's personal expenditure records. Halpern used MAXD as his personal piggy bank. I bet he used some slick accounting tricks for his mansion rent. He probably passed it off as an office expense.

Find me one person that is willing to vouch for Halpern.
