It is said that in time, a grain of sand will make a mountain................I agree with you, that there is nothing in his post to warrant a return of money, or stock in april... it is wishful thinking at best, and a cruel joke at the worst.... the message board will leap at any grain of information to build a mountain, then bestow platitudes endlessly to those that promise money for them....read the 7th amended GSA, and the chapter 11 closing...... classes 19, and 22 are "impaired".... F/R was given in shares to these classes pro rata in accordance with the shares held in the escrow markers....Lodas
