SO NO NEED for any forward to take place if what I think still has to happen.............HAPPENS
to complete this process of a merger with NSM.

As Cura has suggested that has just been completed, now we are due imho for the next step and that is to correct the shareholder structure, where by legacy holders hold a 51% position in COOP.

So take into consideration the HEDGE FUNDS and institutional holders currently hold 93% and ya can come real close to figuring out just how many shares need to be issued, napkin math looks like about 70 mill shares and prefrds re-issued

If we get shares I'm concerned we get 1 for 12 or worse.....hope not but coop doesn't have enough shares issued for a one for one.
