Naaaw, too late, the filing screen shot with link included CLEARLY stated that the box shouldve been "checked" if there were no unaccredtited investors and the number of those unaccredited shoulve been disclosed.

I knew a broker at Paulson that told me about CYDY. I did a few other deals with Paulson -- some were stinkers like CDX now called MYDX and Antriabio (though there is still some hope). A few better ones were Dermtech and Scilex.
You need to 'represent yourself' as an accredited investor to participate in a Private Placement deal with Paulson. You have to state that your net worth excluding primary residence is over $1 million (this includes retirement accounts) or that you made over $200k for the past 2 or 3 years.

Sure looks like mail and wire fraud at minimum plus maybe a half dozen of other crimes/infractions have been committed here.

SEC/FINRA- Add these (ahem) "accredited investors" to the to-do list please.

Not true. As far back as I can remember you had to show proof you qualified as an accredited investor. In 2021, they just added an update.
The burden of proof is the responsibility of issuer.
