Mr.Spock bought 1000 shares and collected a multi-million dollar bonus that at present should not have been issued. Marcelli collected the same bonus and probably shorted the 1000 shares to Lebby.

I cannot imagine having the ASM if the share price is in the 2-3 dollar range come May. The game is up for management. On the flip side, they have a little under 2 months to deliver something for the shareholder base.
