Dr. Timothy Vaughan…speaking of the ILPG..
I recently saw this technology in operation. It is very real. The instruments clearly showed at least 3 times the output power than input power, when the In-Line Power Generator (ILPG) was powering a load. I saw 22 kW output with only 7 kW input power. Power factor and harmonic resonance effects were accounted for. They were using standard off-the-shelf instrumentation and everything was connected properly. The ILPG was powering a mixture of loads including a large resistor load bank capable of dissipating up to 100 kW, a bank of 200 watt incandescent lights bulbs, and several industrial 3-phase motors. The ILPG was very quiet, producing only a slight AC hum. With my hand, I could feel that the temperature of the outer steel stator remained just above room temperature.
