There was a lot learned from Direct Phase 1 in addition to the general knowledge gleaned from the L trials about the heterogenous nature of DC activation/maturation. The ability to hone in on hyper activation and what that means to future vaccine efficacy for patients is a major step forward towards a cure for all and not just certain subsets. Best wishes.
