No doubt. Totally agree. And not making excuses here but there are a lot of other entities in play. I’m glad they didn’t go back with (at least what it looks like) toxic lenders. These two loans should be able to be allow for purchase of land (if not done already) and move forward. At which point this may allow for Macon county to start the contractural process (they won’t start this until TPT owns land and has the ability to deliver). So Macon was looking for this. Also remember, st3 stated they needed 35-37 million to act on their business plan. Hoping this is TPT start more than the smart cities only. And lastly once the contract is awarded by Macon county, bpi should be able to come in and invest.

Totally agree though. This has been dragging out for years and has been over promised. ST3 has lost his trust and it shows by each and every pr with no movement. He should have not given dates (like sheik said) and just give updates with some clarity and status. Not near term timing. But that’s hindsight. Let’s see where it goes though.
